Allow imagery to zoom in further #42

Users have noted that zooming all the way in hides the imagery.

higher zoom

middle zoom

lowest zoom

The issue is with offline imagery. With regular world imagery or the Maryland service, this does not occur

I tested adding some better imagery but as I suspected, it breaks the offline function. The typical workaround is to create an online and an offline copy of the field map. Let's discuss.

Added an online web map. This should be the default option as per our discussions.
