Hi Elliott,

As I have been performing the weekly inlet cleaning QC, it appears that MES has submitted surveys as “cleaned” with only attaching (2) photos. Those surveys have pre-outside and post-outside photos attached.

Can you confirm there a check in place when the contractor is submitting the survey that verifies the pre-cleaning photos are attached? In order to claim credit, we must have all pre-cleaning photos attached.

@HollySchuelerKCI I looked at these and don't know how the user could have omitted photos unless there was a send error.

Given the bug resolution by Esri, I'll close this. If it continues to happen, please reopen.
