@johnshiu what time does the nightly update run?
I'll need to adjust the nightly recycle of the service to happen after 4, but not around when your nightly sync is. The recycle should only take 5-10 minutes but that'd be critical for field crews.
@talllguy, the nightly AGOL sync runs at 4:30 AM, followed by the ICP refresh at 4:50 AM. I think by 5 AM, the data should all have been updated in the ICP.
