Update Maps, Apps, and Dashboard to support updated secured services

A few days before Thanksgiving 2019, I had to switch all services to secure-mode (where they are not accessible by the public via the REST endpoint) to support some security requirements in Collector. Each map, app, dashboard, etc. must have its services repointed.

These are fixed in AGO Assistant by swapping URLS
