IDDE - Inspection ID changes when survey is edited #120

When a previously submitted survey is opened using the "Edit and resend survey" option in Survey123, the Inspection ID changes. This change is reflected in the attribute table for the feature service. The Inspection ID for a new survey matches the Inspection ID in the feature service and Survey123, but will change if that survey is edited.

Thanks for reporting. When you resend the survey, you're really submitting a new record and so that unique ID must change. The Inspection ID is just a random UUID that must be unique.
