Would we want to set up and distribute a project file for the Stormwater Invetory tasks to SHA? or let them set up their own?

We could also look into creating tasks - https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/tasks/design-a-task.htm for QAQC, Editing Tables, Pre/Post field, etc.
