Set Optional Photos to minimal compact #403

Esri has improved Survey123's repeat function since we began in 2018.

By setting the optional photos to "minimal compact" appearance, no initial blank row is created for every survey. They have to tap the + to add the first photo. That's just one extra tap when you need it. This would solve #331 and probably the issue we had with #345.
