Background

The comma/1000 separator in PLAN_DATE rears it's ugly head again.

Issue

The "Use 1000 Separator" option under Format in Configure Attributes is unchecked and date shows properly in the pop-up.

In the Smart Editor Widget, the PLAN_DATE field shows with the separator.

I checked the config for the Smart Editor and there isn't an obvious setting for this format. @talllguy should we avoid this for now? or see if we can do anything?

According to this GeoNet post WAB Thousands Separator this is a known bug. No solution appears to be available unless you are using the developer edition. Closing for now.
