EAE Validate "Stuck" On Requested #410

@johnshiu EA (EAE version) started a validate w/ lookups at 2019-10-04T14:09:07 and it is still showing as "Requested." I checked a few firms' FDM pages and it doesn't look like anything is running.

@KCI-Ablowers, I think the ArcGIS machine is offline; I can't connect to it...

I'll contact Zhen about getting it rebooted.

@johnshiu Did you hear anything from Zhen? Just checked and the process is still sitting as "requested."

Hmm, he said he would reboot that machine, but he may have forgotten. I’ll send him an email about it to remind him.
