Replace Drainage Area Service in WebMaps #429

Drainage Areas were affected by the DMZ Upgrade. @KCI-Ablowers removed them to prevent webmaps from showing password prompt. Task is to replace the DAs with a working version shared under newer DMZ protocol.

Process

  1. Remove Drainage Areas
  2. Add MDOT SHA NPDES Drainage Areas (ℹ️ shared to org so no need to add to groups)
  3. Rename to Drainage Areas
  4. Uncheck so it doesn't load by default
  5. Set transparency to midway between middle and left-middle tick (see below) image

I wanted to get those up there before I turned my PC off. There will likely be more today when I finish the config.

Sorry, I was planning on updating the issue. They were prompting me to login in so the secured service must have changed or not updated in those maps. I took it out for now so i could update the S123 related items.

OK. That is an issue with the DMZ upgrade. Thanks for letting me know. I'll add it to the (long) queue of services to fix. 😑
