NPDES Tracker - SWMFAC Tracker Updates

We need to do some data updates to match the SWMFAC Tracker table with the current status of the field work, before we can hand it over to consultants to maintain.

• [x] Delete test data from AGOL Tracker (EP)
• [x] Determine the discrepancy between the number of inspections in AGOL/spreadsheet during current year and the number in the assignment list/spreadsheet (approximately 30-40 different.) ~Get updates from firms on any assignments that were not inspected (AB/BR)~ ~Sync Tracker Source to Field (JS)~
• [x] Set up automated sync services (JS)
• [ ] Update dashboard (EP) (look at notes for Josh/meeting)
• [x] Add field tracker to all maps
• [x] Train firms on how to use
