V1.1 of the HHD Pre-Remediation (Work Order) Schema is here - HHD_PreRemediation_WorkOrder_Physical_Database_Diagram_v1-1.xlsx on Teams and ready for review.
General Notes/Information
- Anything highlighted in yellow is either new or modified from the prototype (field names, repeats and domains mostly).
- The Alias names in the Fields tab that are italicized are Survey123 fields like the inflow numbering diagram, the "select the number of inflows to the facility) question and repeats.
- I did not include the groups (start/end) for the sections and pages layout. They should follow the source checklist and prototype.
Feature Class Tab
The Feature Class tab contains the necessary features and tables for this task along with notes.
Fields Tab
The Fields tab is broken out into individual tables to match the sections of the source document (Work Order Inspection Checklist V1.1.xlsx in the Teams files).
- Table Name - Generic table name or what we could use to rename the inspection/feature service
- Field Name - Survey123 field name. I included the repeat and photograph names. I did not include the groups, but those should follow the source document, prototype form, and same naming convention as the fields.
- Alias - Generic alias we can use as the label in Survey123 for now.
- Data Type - Mostly populated with text, date, image or integer. I did not go through every row for the sake of time, but will later.
- Allow Null - Didn't populate yet.
- Domain - Added the existing or new domain (highlighted) for each field.
- Default - Didn't populate yet.
- Required - Populated "yes" for the photos in the repeats and the "background" section fields.
- Length - Only populated some of these across the tables.
- PK/FK - Populated for the SWMFAC NO and Facility ID.
- Comment / Note - indicates some Survey123 types (select one, select multiple, etc.), domain information, general comments, etc.
Domains Tab
The Domains tab contains the list of domain names, description and types for what I have compiled so far. These will be the "choices" in the Survey123 form.
Domain Values
The Domain Values tab contains all of the domain codes and descriptions. These can be copy/pasted directly into the Survey123 form. I complied these from the prototype form and NPDES production database as of 03/16/2020.
