My Comments for "V1" -

• [x] Remove "notes" such as "Create copy of domain from NPDES to form", "could be esritype = null", and etc.
• [x] Add descriptions from Work Order Inspection Checklist V1.1.xlsx source document to corresponding questions in the form.
• [x] Contamination shows up twice on the Summary page - Update group name to "Invasive Species".
• [x] Page 9 - "Outfall Pipe and Channel" should be "Access Road and MOT". Missing ACCESS_RD_OBS and ACCESS_FNCE_GATE questions.
• [x] Dates in Summary showing as number value (forgot the technical term). Could make these read only Date fields.

@joshuawillis910 I think "top matter" refers to the "look and feel" of the form like setting items to radio buttons, sliders, scales, etc. to match the existing forms. Edit This could also include some of the hints and naming for the photo repeats

• [x] Make "Last Significant Rainfall Source" links a bulleted list or move to a new line.
• [x] "Contract Number Comment" question should be relevant on "Is the contract number correct?" = "No"
• [x] Remove hint from "Inspection Team"
• [x] Switch "Inflow Num" to "likert" appearance or maybe make it a range question?
• [x] Update "Material and Type" and "Details Comments" fields number to match inflow number 3 - 8

Hiding Nulls in the Summary

I think we may be able to handle this by using the "selected" and "length" formulas. Some more detail here - https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2016/05/28/the-art-of-hiding.

Since the remediation question defaults to "no", we may be able to hide it using the selected or length formula in the relevant column. Since the comment is always present, but may not be populated, we should be able to hide it using the length formula. We will need to specify in the form or SOPs that inspectors should leave the comment empty rather than enter "N/A" or similar. We can confirm this with HHD and go from there.

QC & Finalize

• [ ] Review hints and labels, field naming convention, grammar/spellcheck, etc.
• [x] Updating labels for "Inflow" notes in the summary. Currently, with the groups removed, the various parameters blend together. Optionally, figure out if we can break the inflows up using borders or something similar. Example -

Sorry for the delay. You may be able to use a note field with a concatenate function to display multiple records in the repeat. It looks like the "aggregation functions" here - https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2020/04/09/survey123-tricks-of-the-trade-repeats could be a good option to display multiple records.

• Inflows are grouped
• Additional Items information will all show, but with the joint calc it looks a little awkward. I tried it with a few grouping options and such and could not come up with anything better that a comma separated version (below).

With the few changes below I think this is ready to push to HHD for review/testing/what have you. I think the "join" option for the "Additional Items" is the best option at the moment. @talllguy Do you know of another way for us to display this in the summary?
