Multiple records submitted from same inspection form #46

When attempting to submit an inspection form for the BMP - ae5d87a4-c19b... I received a 400 error. I went back into the survey form in an attempt to fix the issues that might be causing the error(changed values, changed NPD and NR values). When checking the database, the information from the form was entered in as a new record each time I attempted to submit, even though the 400 error was presented each time. The form is still stuck in the outbox on Survey123

Is the data that did get posted totally complete?

It appears totally complete on the ipad; all the pictures have subjects/comments, all ratings are in for required questions, no "missing required rating" type of warning when attempting to submit.

This image shows there are 9 submissions total for this facility id. I have submitted the form a few times since the issue was posted, just trying to resolve the 400 error.

I fixed a discrepancy between a photo comment in the survey and on my paper copy, hoping it would resolve the error, but it did not. This jumped the count to 10 submissions total for this facility id. I know if you edit the survey it does not create a new record, but if the form wont push and leave the outbox, it could cause duplicate records etc. if the user keeps trying to submit it like I did.

I reviewed the photo attachments in the related records in AGOL and all of them are present with matching subjects/comments. I noticed in these pictures that the inspection points are located here at KCI - Sparks, not directly on the BMP. Could this have been the original issue? Elliott, you suggested erasing and redoing the form for this BMP. Would you still like me to do that?

@KCI-Ablowers you can go ahead and delete it from the outbox and reenter.
