@BC89 @leeensminger I assigned this domain at KCI to address an ETL failure. Please do the same at the county (or D_State if more appropriate)

Please apply D_State to TREE_INFO.STATE. Then push down to the County, ensuring the same domain is applied appropriately there. The County should replace their dev database with this for purposes of initially testing ETL.
