I tested this nice little compositor with sfwbar but no window shows in the task bar. Is this feature not implemented yet?

From their github page:

the taskbar and window switcher functionality shall work with any compositor supportinig foreign toplevel protocol

Foreign toplevel protocol support is not yet implemented but it's on my short-term to do list. Once this is done sfwbar should work.
