Program Coolant: fix loading from ini #112

This fixes settings / ui not correctly updating on INI file changes

Corrects the suddenly need to add [COOLAN_CANNON] to everyone's INI, it should have worked if there where missing Correct Calculated Nozzle Angle display, remove bogus widget rule, and set default to empty

Also correct ui label order from @Lcvette d8bc5cb07e4e42817f6311221836bbb99add97b0

Add a quick pic for later documentation use
