Hall Mill: cleanup up postgui.hal unused status LED nets #98

The STATUS tab LEDs were removed from mill ui in 41433e0, so we not longer need this clutter/confusion in the Hal file

They do still exist in lathe, and maybe should be removed there as-well? (UI and postgui.hal)
