Paginate the `/flashcards` page.

Tasks:

• [x] Add Pagination to /flashcards page
• [x] Modify url (eg. /flashcard?page=2) to keep track of pages
• [x] Enable loading page and back to current (or previous) paginated page. Eg. refresh /flashcards?page=2 will render the second page of the pagination.

Now I'm thinking again, if we only have maximum 24 - 48 sets, maybe it's ok to paginate in the client.
