AudioHelper.play() seems to be localized, so not everyone will hear this notification.

todo: Add more sounds + settings toggle/upload.

Consider this bump an upvote for getting this code merged in. I had my players asking for a sound notification of when it was their turn in my last session and this would fit the bill perfectly.
