The docs current use the word "adopt" when it actually should be "adapt".

Adopt: To become the owner or caretaker of. To take and follow by choice or assent.

Adapt: To make suitable to or fit for a specific use or situation.

This updates content, file names, and reference links to use adapt instead of adopt for documentation related to using KCL for a given purpose.

Sorry, it looks like when I was fixing the merge conflict with 519012c5b08b7b72a3b6bd377bc9c606dea39029 I accidentally reintroduced the error with the link using Jsonnet instead of jsonnet.
