make custom barcode system #21

a custom barcoding system is needed for products which are not in the UNFI catalog and have no barcode

mariposa will use UPCs like the following for products with no barcode: 0200000000001 0200000000002 etc

the item maintenance form will take the following input: mfc1 -> will look for item with the upc 0200000000001

mfc or mfcnew -> will create a new product using the next available upc

nixed the 'mfc' thing. instead use drop down to select 'PLU' option to indicate that the item being added is a PLU
