Tag v0.5.1 doesn't correspond to PyPI tarball #11

For example, https://github.com/kcleal/pywfa/blob/v0.5.1/pyproject.toml#L7 lists the wrong version.

Hi @dotlambda, thanks for raising this. I have regenerated the release, so the version should be correct now.
