Tesseract (3.01) "boxes failed resegmentation: 2" #1489

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.while training from command line, in the step of generating .tr file by the 
command:
tesseract sseg.myfont21.exp21.tiff sseg.myfont21.exp21 box.training

I am getting the error "boxes failed resegmentation: 2"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 expected output is "boxes failed resegmentation: 0"
instead of this i am getting "boxes failed resegmentation: 2"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
tesseract 3.01
windows 8.1

Please provide any additional information below.
I have attached the screen shot of error (error.png) along with tiff image and 
box file.
It is simply ignoring some characters(digits) in the image.
This is happening with most of the images(.tiff) and boxfile pair i have. I am 
not able to figuring out the reason of this.
I wanna ask you, what is the reason for this and how can I resolve this.
please answer me as soon as possible as i am stuck at this point and unable to 
proceed further.

First of all 3.01 version is very old. Use the latest code (See FAQ)
You should read forum before posting issue: especially topics like seven 
segment fonts or image improving....
