Each of the following containers will have the parameter:

Note that etcd does not have a configurable port

NOTE this should not merge until https://github.com/kcp-dev/kcp/issues/1836 is resolved!

By disabling profiling by default, we should be able to merge this before kcp-dev/kcp#1836 is resolved.
