Add docs for creating an external admin kubeconfig #30

As discussed in #29 the internally generated admin.kubeconfig is only for per-shard access, but the charts here deploy a front-proxy for external user-access.

This adds some details to the README that explain one way of creating an external admin.kubeconfig, which could be adapted for different groups and/or auth methods as needed.
