Add PDBs to sharded charts + update example setup #90

In https://github.com/kcp-dev/helm-charts/pull/89, PDBs were added in the KCP helm chart for etcd, kcp, and the front-proxy.

@mjudeikis pointed out that we should also add PDBs to the sharded charts and update the example accordingly.

Update sharded charts to include optional PDBs (i.e. etcd, shard, and proxy)
