manage watched vidoes

Hello,

I am looking for a way to manage watched videos.  I am looking for an app or 
extension that would allow me to tag my watched videos with multiple tags, and 
then search among them later.  Or, a way to download a list of all the watched 
video titles and links so I can do it manually in excel.

Do you know of anything like this or who I might ask to find out?

You could use custom video lists (like the watch-later list but with a name you 
give to it) to group different videos.

Thanks, I was doing that for a while, but it became tedious.  I'd like to sort 
a video by multiple categories though, multiple tags for better classification, 
such as assign the following tags for one video: "science", "thermodynamics", 
"engine", "educational".

And then be able to sort through all the tagged videos by selecting sets of 
tags you want to search for.  Just like Gmail!
