Extension should be totally disabled in YouTube TV version #4

Currently running YouTube Ratings Preview 3.0 extension for Chrome on Windows 7.

To reproduce this simply go to https://www.youtube.com/tv#/browse, my preferred 
way of browsing youtube. You will notice that your notification can not be 
disabled or even clicked on whilst it should.

The workaround is very easy. Just to go the regular YouTube version 
https://www.youtube.com and hide the notice. Then you can go back to the TV 
version and won't see it again.

Still thanks because I should totally disable my extension for the TV site
