Chrome extension won't uninstall

ver 4.0, Chrome, Windows 8.1

No matter how many times I remove this extension, it comes back! I do it in 
browser. I delete the folder (C:\Users\~~~~\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User 
Data\Default\Extensions\cgbhdenfmgbagncdmgbholejjpmmiank). Malwarebytes won't 
pick it up. AdwCleaner, nothin'. I want this thing gone.

I have no idea why such a thing could happen, but it's obviously something 
related to your particular system.

Maybe you have the sync feature activated for your Google account and you have 
the extension installed on another computer?

Anyways at least you should try to completely uninstall Chrome, then delete all 
from the folder you mention, and install Chrome again.

Please try those ideas and get back with your results, hope you can fix it.
