What version of the product are you using? Of which platform? Chrome,
Firefox, Safari, Android or iOS? On what operating system?

Version 4.0 - Google Chrome - Windows 7 64 Bit
...

What steps will reproduce the problem? Please include a URL of YouTube
where the bug can be seen, if it applies.

Here's a screen shot of the problem: http://i.imgur.com/UmgtqWP.jpg

...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The problem is below each video it is displaying a 100% dislike rate which is
incorrect. Also the color is wrong, I have my bar style set to modern which is
blue/gray. This does only occurs on the /videos subsection of the channel, if I
go to https://www.youtube.com/user/whatever then everything looks fine. Also
this only occurs on some channels not all.

I'm sorry for my late reply. I'm unable to reproduce it in my Windows 64 bit
machine with the last version of Chrome. Are you still suffering the issue? If
so, please attach a screenshot with the settings page of the extension so that
I can configure it exactly as yours.

Thank you,
Cristian

I attached a screenshot of my settings.

I'm partially still experiencing this problem. What I noticed is that now it
only happens about 50% of the time even on the same exact page. I tried
constantly refreshing https://www.youtube.com/user/whatever/videos and
sometimes it would display the previews correctly and sometimes it would now.
Very strange

What are the specs of your computer? CPU and RAM?

Please try:

- Disabling all other extensions.
- Re-installing Ratings Preview for YouTube.
- Loading the page while both being logged in and out of YouTube.
- Setting up youtube.com to "Language: English" and "Country: Worldwide"
(settings are at the bottom of the main YouTube page).

Thank you,
Cristian

I fixed it. I also had the extension "Magic Actions for YouTube" installed
which has a ratings preview option. I simply disabled that specific option and
now everything works.

Thanks for the info. I'll try to add some compatibility layer so that what you
have done manually is done automatically.
