Link latest Logo to Search Engine #14

Once server is switched, change gcse logo setting for latest version (so that it links to PROSPRA.com instead of pages.dev - maybe not crucial but it feels right)

Amend https://cse.google.com/cse/lookandfeel/customize?cx=2bf1e05c3c5da97fa Replace https://prospra.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/cropped-prospra-icon-512-180x180.png with https://prospra.com/assets/images/2021/click-for-prospra-com-search-tips.png and change height from 100 to 89. Also change logo link to https://prospra.com/about-prospra/search-prospra-com/
