there is no dev, qa or production environment

there is only on environment and that is production.

this means that every time we push code into the main branch it is automatically built and deploys to our production site at https://kcwms-org.github.io/pwa-gps-reporter/.

We need to:

• • stand up a second server for testing
• • set up a github actions pipeline to deploy to this testing site
• • set up a github actions pipeline to deploy to our github pages site -- set up google sheets api keys for a dev and production spreadsheet

we need to have at a minimum

• qa
• dev
• production environment
