elite worker stuck adding elite guard

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install r823 
2. make sure you don't have a full elite guard
3.expand the elite worker
4.click to fill elite

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the guard to get filled. instead I see a spinning globe and nothing happening

What version of Golem are you using? Beta or release? On what browser?
r823 on chrome, verified again on r827

Same thing that happens to me. The person it is trying to add, is myself. 
Attached screen shot shows the top two lines which repeat indefinitely in the 
log since it cannot add yourself to your own elite guard I assume.

Also would there be a way for the elite guard worker when "fill elite" is 
pressed to continue to fill the guard until matching the expression "Your Elite 
Guard is Full"? Sometimes it seems to only fill 2 slots and then move on and 
requires a few reloads to actually get guard full.

Can anyone confirm if the loop is purely to do with adding your own uid, or if 
it happens when trying to add others too?

The current code won't let you add yourself, but it might be worthwhile putting 
in "we've tried already, so let's skip this one for a while" code.

On mine it is stuck adding someone Who's army I am not in.  At least that is 
what it says.  And it keeps trying over and over.  Still stuck in r839.

Fill NOW button often does nothing even if while in IDLE.
When filling guard, often will quit after 1-2 adds as above. 
even if pause/run cycled seems to not fill easily.
