Design display for multiple pictures on People page #239

It would be nice to be able to display multiple pictures on the People page. One big one (like we already have) for the group shot of the current team, with smaller thumbnails below it for the pictures from previous years. When a user clicks on the thumbnail, it will expand to show a bigger version of the picture.

A newer idea for this is to use the carousel layout from bootstrap.

Would you like simply the carousel or would you like the expanding image ON the carousel as well?

I'm not sure what you mean by "expanding image ON the carousel", can you point me to an example on the web to look at?

I think I am interested in the carousel with captions as shown here: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/components/carousel/#with-captions

As with #342 , development will be underway when I set up Jekyll and a proper dev environment using a Mac in the Keck Lab. I will keep you posted as to when that happens.

Jekyll has been installed on a mac in the Keck lab and expect development to continue today on this and #342

Resized the carousel and added more images. I was not able to add all of the images, for the ones that were longer vertically than horizontally could not fit. I don't want to close the issue yet until I get that resolved but I would like to know what you think of it so far.

The pictures will need to be about half the height they are now so that both the pictures and text fit on one screen.
The aspect ratio on one of the pictures is off and needs to be fixed.
Please include the original picture that was there before in the carousel.
Caption text will be forthcoming.
