Finishing up work on the convertToNestedStructure function #297

Merge minor changes made to convertToNestedStructure and compressMissingData

We are almost done with the function, but the indices are a slightly incorrect. Will continue on this later. I've added comments on the function so we remember what we were doing.

Test Cases to be made:

base case with 3 x 3 matrix, 3 replicates each aka, 9 cells, 27 data points
corners,
permutations of replicates
permutations of columns / rows
No NaNs
All NaNs
