Analyze distance matrix for db5 network #331

@maggie-oneil already created a distance matrix by hand for db5. It needs to be verified and analyzed.

(We should also explore how we could generate this computationally instead of by hand).

What happens if we attach weight values to it?

Assigning this the label of "backlog" and closing since we won't be pursuing this in the Spring 2017 semester.
