Create GenMAPP gex file to show node coloring #332

For @Nwilli31's analysis of MSE's (#326) it would be helpful to have GenMAPP maps corresponding to the db-derived networks colored with expression data.

GenMAPP won't open on @kdahlquist's laptop, so this will be difficult in the short term.

Now that GenMAPP RIP, this is a little more difficult (have to go back to XP machine connected to scanner). I'm backlogging this one for later.
