@jtorre39 and I extensively went through and reviewed the computeStatistics function, as well as attempted the math for minLSE. We discovered that the reason I was able to run the tests successfully was because of an issue in my machine at home not tracking the correct files with git, as computeStatistics was never being called in my local machine and the code from readInputSheet was still there. We have now removed the code, peer programmed to have it run for data sets with missing data. In order to avoid this sort of issue from happening in the future, we've agreed to meet on Wednesday evenings to conduct our weekly GRNmap meetings.
Points to address for next meeting:
Live run of master vs beta to show that minLSE is now being generated properly
Walkthrough of math for calculating minLSE on testing dataset
Addressing inability to reproduce exact results in data sheets
Addressing generated nested structure bug resulting in unnecessary warnings
