Question about GRNmap release instructions #409

@jtorre39, since we are going to be setting aside working on GRNmap for a while, I want to make sure that the documentation is up to date for when we pick it up again. I've been looking at the following wiki pages:

I'm wondering about the instruction to click the checkbox for "Runtime included in package". Is that redundant with including the MyAppInstaller_mcr.exe file in the zip?

@kdahlquist will test making executable to check this out. The ReadMe in the documents folder is old and can be tossed. @kdahlquist will also organize the documents folder.
