Tweak Single Replicate Data Warning #413

There are a couple tweaks that should be made to the Single Replicate Warning to make it more user friendly.

  1. Include the sheet name where the single replicate was found.
  2. Add the following text: "Standard deviations will not be computed for genes and timepoints where there is only a single replicate of the data. The parameter estimation and forward simulation will still run."
