e10s support #14

The addon doesn't support e10s (Electrolysis) at the moment. Will that be possible soon or will that require a major rewrite?

On Waterfox 50.0.2, Vertical Tabs is stating "Not compatible with multiprocess", however it seems to be working fine for me (I have forced e10s).
