ERROR: Issue with GitHub repo config when creating dbt cloud via Terraform

Getting the following error when trying to run terraform plan or terraform apply with main.tf from terraform-dbtcloud directory:

Issue may have been caused by uninstalling the dbt Cloud app from GitHub integrations while my GitHub account and the Git repo was connected to dbtCloud. Opting to use the "deploy_key" option of the git_clone_strategy instead for setting up dbt Cloud via Terraform.
