Enhancement: Preview with picture and title #100

I would love RSSMobile to have the ability to show a small thumbnail of the
picture from the rss feed and the title (ex. the iphone version of Mippin
like the typeI am referring to.) You would probably have to add the ability
to keep a copy of the picture on iphone when not online (but it wouldn't
take up much room.)
