Cannot use barcodes to jump to plots in KDS 2.0.72 or 3.0.1-beta #11

Greetings,

We are trying to generate plot barcodes in KDX and then to use those plot barcodes to jump to plots in KDS.

@acra1907 and I tried to test this using KDX 2.0.46. We generated plot barcodes for a trial. We exported those barcodes and printed them in 1D and 2D. We exported the trial both to a kdx and a csv format (attached).

We tried to load both of these into two phones and one tablet. One phone was running KDS 3.0.1 and one phone and one tablet were running KDS 2.0.72.

We made Bluetooth connections to two different scanners - one 1D and another 2D. We enabled these bluetooth readers under the bluetooth settings of KDS. We could then a) Use these barcode readers to enter numerical values or text values so they were definitely successfully paired with the phone b) SEE that these scanners were listed as available when we were in the scoring mode and tried to select it using the "Scanner On" option. But, it kept saying that the Connection Timed Out so we could never select a scanner.

I will send a photo of that.

So we could not use the barcode reader to jump to a plot.

Can you please help us to figure out what we are doing wrong?
