say install Docker, and Docker-compose (which I did through Homebrew) But when I open terminal and run docker-compose up -d, I get: ERROR: Couldn't connect to Docker daemon at http+docker://localhost - is it running?

Did some googling, but I'm not at all Python or Docker fluent.

Any suggestions?

My steps:

Cloned the git repo
brew installed docker && docker-compose
had some issues with homebrew python symlinking, but I fixed those
quit & opened terminal
ran the command

My machine: macOS 10.14.2
