Command textbox loses focus after "Hit any key to continue" button #73

Minor UI issue: after user clicks "Hit any key to continue" button, need to re-focus the command textbox. Experienced on Chrome Version 83.0.4103.97, win 64.

Fixed. I also fixed a related issue where the history text would jump up and down a little when the "hit any key" button was dismissed.
