No keyboard shortcuts #728

There are nearly no configurable keyboard shortcuts and you don't have any
documentation how I could change them. There are pretty dumb shortcuts I would
like to change but I can't.
Nearly no one cares about the shortcuts (says Google) or nearly no one cares
about gnome-mplayer at all. But I would like to use this frontend because it
runs otherwise cleanly. But lacking options like this - and the case that you
still are on code.google you dinosaurs - are the reason why this frontend is so
unpopular.

There are some configurable shortcuts that can be changed under preferences.
However, I did put out a several requests for people to help with testing the
shortcut customization feature to see it it gave them what they needed
(especially with non-english keyboards). I did not get one response back on
this feature so I quit doing the customization feature because it took a lot of
effort to handle them all. And I figured it no one cared, why spend the time
working on it. There are keyboard shortcuts for nearly every feature in Gnome
MPlayer.

The only way to change the ones not covered by the preferences would be to
alter the code in gui.c to map them as you want. I tried to use standard key
bindings where appropriate. I have to admit my desire to keep working on this
project is pretty low do to the lack of feedback and assistance from the
community.
