Add missing translations #3

We now have an i18n translation template available since commit 4ce518e6bfe0fcf2abe0c463eb88ac39d3e06fee . We now need to populate the i18n folder with all translations.

We're lucky, most translations are available on Wikipedia. See the Abbr. and Name columns from this VAT rates table.
