On Xiaomi Mi2S there is the same problem. screenshot_2013-11-22-22-38-09

In version 3.11.15 and 3.11.22 have problem with mobile operator name. On English language is MTS RUS, in Russia language, is Mobile Telesystems. I know that MTS = Mobile Telesystems, but MTS is shorter.

HTC one s (s4) the same issue

Boot phone with Russian shows error. Switching language to English and back to Russian resolves problem until first reboot.
